By purchasing a ticket and participating in an International Folk Art Market (IFAM) Folk Art Connections workshop, I acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. Assumption of Risk
I understand that participation in workshops may involve hands-on activities, the use of tools, materials, equipment, and other creative processes that may carry inherent risks, including the possibility of injury, allergic reactions, or damage to personal property. I voluntarily assume responsibility for any risks associated with my participation.

2. Release of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, I release and hold harmless the International Folk Art Market (IFAM), its employees, board members, instructors, volunteers, contractors, and affiliated partners from claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from my participation in workshop activities, except where prohibited by law.

3. Personal Responsibility
I agree to follow all workshop instructions, safety guidelines, and directions provided by instructors and IFAM staff. I will notify the instructor of any concerns, limitations, allergies, or conditions that may affect my safe participation.

4. Personal Belongings
I understand that I am responsible for my personal belongings during the workshop. IFAM is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property.

5. Photography and Media
I understand that photographs or video may be taken during Folk Art Connections workshops for IFAM's promotional, educational, and documentation purposes. Any use of identifiable participant images will be subject to applicable consent requirements and IFAM's media policies.

6. Acknowledgment and Agreement
By checking the acknowledgment box during registration and purchasing my workshop ticket, I confirm that I have read, understand, and voluntarily agree to the terms of this waiver. I understand that this agreement applies to my participation in the workshop for which I have registered.
